Overview
Needle punch PET geotextile plants are specialized industrial systems used to manufacture nonwoven geotextile fabrics from polyester (PET) fibers. These fabrics are widely used in civil engineering and construction for soil stabilization, filtration, drainage, and reinforcement applications.
Working Principle
PET fibers (virgin or recycled) are opened, blended, and fed into carding machines.
A uniform fiber web is formed through carding and cross-lapping processes.
Needle punching mechanically entangles fibers to create a मजबूत fabric structure.
Optional thermal bonding enhances strength and dimensional stability.
Finished geotextile fabric is wound into rolls for construction use.
